Instead of Xantan Gum (Health food shop) you can use Psyllium husk (Health food shop) but if using this a little more water will be needed as the absorption rate is higher. Makes 1 - 4cm deep x 24cm round tart or flan case. Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 15-20 minutes.
